Never opened the product. When back to kiosk, manager refused to accept it and refund my card.

Terrible customer service, after weeks of dealing with then. They refused to refund the 326 dollars I have paid for the lionesses gel facelift filler. After weeks of waiting for the Company's customer service, the offered me a voucher to buy another product on their online store. When I refused the offer telling them I was allergic they refused to send an email with their offer unless I closed the case and settled the dispute.

They never responded to the BBusiness Bureau demands, now trying to get my money back, just contacted the Attorney General office.

Don't buy anything from them!!! Unless you want problems and a bad experience.

Same *** thing happened to me - bastards!


Why do Malls let these people in to do shady business? I am avoiding Southcenter Mall in Tukwila WA as the Lioness kiosk sales people are just too aggressive!
