Hi so my son went in your store last night got some face stuff and gave to his grandma well it gave her a allergic reaction to her face.I took my son back to meadowood mall and spoke with the lady today and the people they were rude wont help you he has his receipt it dont say anything about no return policy I also have a pictures of your little stores no return policys posted the lady refused to help me out then says she going to but shes not really doing that.He didnt 54.00 for his grandma to do harm to her face so u really think that is ok to sell things that are like a Hazard and a law suit waiting to happen.I also got on line and reviewed the company and no surprise to what I found 19 complaints with the bbb same complaints .Its not right people work hard to purchase products that will actually not be harmful .I see on your website customer satisfaction well then why dont your employees honor a 54.00 return for something harmful to someones skin then finally after the security comes over and the leasing lady of the mall comes over then the lady she decides she will get me a refund even the security guy said its not right she has a receipt and its not good product u should issue a refund .I am writing you and I will go as far as I can to get a refund and tell everyone how you sell bad products that harm people and wont even issue a simple 54.00 refund !I mean I have social media all kinds of friends and friends in the legal field that I will turn to because its not right not to be able to be givin a refund with a receipt a day later for a bad product .I plan to send several complaints to bbb and to the mall where u guys do business and to social media until u realize what u guys are doing .Never got a apology for what your products do just yelled at by a manager that dont want to do her job .I call you guys no response .I will going until I get a refund no matter how many letters and reviews I haft to do . its only right !Then she gave me her card and says send me your info and I will try to help you out I have a screen shot I sent her my info and she send me a text back about how shes going to help me !Again this is your meadowood mall office her info is manger ayelet kinde 832 -274-**** main line. 775 432 **** .again I would like a response because u guys should do business right the whole world is screed up and all people want us quality and respect thats it .And all I am asking for not to be scammed and a product that dont harm people and a 54.00 refund thats it if u guys are really what u say on your web page u are 100 customer satisfaction then u should honor that u would want the same respect !

I shop at Westfield Mall in Palm Desert,Ca. There is a Lionesse at the corner of the main entrance corridor into the mall.

They always have sales people out in front who compliment you on your eyes/skin/clothing and once they get you in you get treated nicely at first until you tell them you cant afford it. I told the sales man in front i didn't have money he said it's ok I'll just help you get rid of the circles under eyes. I said its from lack of money & sleep. I kept telling him im on Social Security and my debt is more than my income.

He belittled me in a "nice" way like "What do you mean you can't put it on a card!" and tried to wear me down I also told him i had an old dog in my car and have to go (i only came in for a few pieces of Sees Candy next door) I tried to leave and he began getting angry!! WTH!! This company gives my fellow Jews a bad name!!! STOP IT ENOUGH ALREADY!!!!

I'm going to complain to the mall office leasing manager!!

I'm done! I have to now park at the other end of the mall so I can avoid these people altogether!!

This was in Charleston , Sc . I have just had surgery and had stage 3 cancer. They talked me into coming in their store . They put eye cream on, and talked me into buying that. After that tried to leave and wanted me to get facial told them I did not have time . She said I just had someone cancel so I can do it right now. After going to do facial they kept one side of my face covered for a long time. Put a lot of pressure on me , and kept saying I have Dr bills , kept telling me I deserved to get this for myself. After I purchased things I really did not want and spend a lot of money they let me leave.

In May I was scammed myself, Vegas staying @Venetian Resort. Sales man roped me in, brought out many products, did only 1/2 my face. Told him I couldn't afford and he kept bugging me so finally relented and gave $1500 for purchases (when he told me it was over 13k for the products) only to find out when I left they had added on another $300 for more products. Very slick salespeople here. Stay away. All together I spent $1800 and still trying to figure out if I do this regiment every day for 2-3 years, maybe it would be worth it!

Dude scammed me into sitting down.. filled my pores with gunk and then said "oh look how small your pores are on this side now!" Then proceeded to try and sell me hundreds of dollars worth of products I certainly didn't need.. talking down about whatever products I currently use..I told him no, I don't need that and then left.. a few minutes later my skin started BURNING my nose and the whole top of my cheekbone have chemical burn now.. I went back to confront him and he told me it was just my skin and made various excuses... then proceeded to bad mouth me to the old man he had sitting down with him. insulted and shamed my wife into buying $3500 worth of lioness crap that we cant afford. our life time bucket list cruise required us to cash bonds and our interior stateroom cost less than.

the lyingass order. we customers who have been f______d by these sleazebags should organize to legally stop this. write well documented reports to each states' consumer affaiirs department of that states attorney generals office. touching and pushing you into the store should be reported to law enforcement as misdeamor assault.

pile on the complaints , eventually they will have to take their hands off you and limit their ability to get you in the store..try to warn everyone you know about the vast body of negative reviews and complaints. write your US congress people on the consumer affairs subcomittee, senate and house each have one.

Once again, we have been promised the partial refund agreed upon in March, via email, which I again copied. 1 month later, still nothing.

Stay away from lionesse, orogold, etc. stores and kiosks!!!!!!

Also, when on vacation, or doing non targeted impulse shopping, carry a low limit pre loaded credit card. (low ante) There are no big pots to be won shopping!!!!

at lahaina hawaii lionesse beauty bar my wife was strongarmed off the street and insulted about her lifelong acne skin condition and ended up signing for 3600 worth of cosmetics. she was told that she had 24 hrs to consult with me. we have phone records showing several attempts to contact them. we later contacted management and was told one half purchase price would be refunded if we withdrew our credit card dispute. (have copies of email stating this) we did and they did not honor their word. corporate customer service claims that these stores are independent and there is nothing that can be done. that is not like the corporate mission statement that you will be treated like a princess because you deserve it. i was assigned a 6 digit complaint number. judging by better business bureau, yelp, etc. reviews there are at least that many disgusted customers.

Lured in by sales person. Put eye cream on one of my eyes and redness cream on my husband’s cheek. We are both disabled senior citizens. The product worked wonders. We were told the products cost 9 and 6. We thought that meant $90 and $60. A man came with a black box for me to sign that only showed signature line. I signed and he took my cc card to the back. He came back and said it was declined. I gave him another card, signed same black line and he went to the back. Our two products in boxes were sacked up and he gave me my card back. Included a lot of literature and a sealed envelope with receipt in it. We put in our suitcase and returned home to Texas the next day. When I opened the boxes, the eye cream was not the product used on me and my husband’s box was empty! Even worse they had charged the card they told me was declined $27,000 plus for something we did not purchase! They charged us $6000 and $9000 for the eye cream and empty box! These people are scam artists who prey on the old and disabled. Will not return my calls or emails.
